TRANSPORTATION TO METU A1 GATE

BASIC INFORMATION

The A1 gate is one of the main gates of the METU campus on Eşkişehir Yolu (Dumlupınar Bulvarı). There is a METU metro station next to the A1 campus gate. You may use the ring services, beginning their destination from the A1 gate to transport all around inside the campus.

TRANSPORTATION FROM AŞTİ BUS TERMINAL TO A1 METU GATE

Bu bus (cash payment): You may use the bus called "CEPA – KENTPARK," which goes via the Eskişehir road. Your journey will take approximately 15 – 20 minutes.

By metro (Ankara card/ticket): You may begin your journey from the AŞTİ metro station. From Aşti station, you need to take the ANKARAY metro and leave the metro at 15 Temmuz Kızılay Milli İrade station to transfer to METRO line. Take the metro that goes in the KORU direction. Leave the metro at ODTÜ (METU) station. Your journey will take approximately 25 – 30 minutes.

TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE A1 METU GATE

Participants arriving at the ESENBOĞA Airport may use airport shuttles: AnkaraAir, Havaş, BelkoAir buses (tickets range between 80 – 100 TL), or the bus named 442 (tickects 50 TL). We suggest you get off the shuttle-bus at the KIZILAY metro station. Take the metro that goes in the KORU direction. Leave the metro at ODTÜ (METU) station.

TRANSPORTATION FROM THE TRAIN STATION (YHT) TO THE A1 METU GATE

By bus: In front of the train station, you may take the bus that goes to CEPA – KENTPARK and get off the bus in ODTÜ.

By metro: You can reach Kızılay station by using the M4 Keçiören metro from in front of the Train Station (YHT GAR). Once you arrive at Kızılay station, you should transfer to the Koru metro and get off at the ODTÜ stop. This way, you can reach the A1 entrance gate.
